I am the owner and Director of the clinic, which opened in February 2020.

I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Radiographer.

I have studied in UUJ and Dublin. He has completed Dry Needling, Joint Mobilisations and has a Pitchside First Aid Degree.

I was Team Medic for the successful Tyrone Masters team in 2022.

I spent a year in Sydney, Australia where I worked in private Physiotherapy clinics, Massage clinics, wellness centres and spas.

I have helped people who have ran the Olympic Marathon Course in Paris 2024, Tyrone GAA stars, MMA athletes, Ironman athletes, Triathletes and many more.

I've also helped people with chronic pains and injuries such as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia.

My passion is to get people back to a life they deserve and reach their full potential and goals.

There is no better feeling when I met a client for the first time who have lost all hope and down with their pain and after a few weeks they are a totally different person with a smile back on their face. That's my reason why.
